  Just happened to me this morning. I will give no star if I could. Manager Sam have no idea what is customer service. I reported to him the self wash Hot wax is spraying air and fluctuating. Without any checks the first answer he gave me is: This is how it works (he's collecting coins from the machine during that time). When I show him in another port, same issue happened. And I'm getting same answer. I wish I can put a video on the review.

  I've been this car wash for the past 3 years and I know how it should like. I understand they're busy but this is not how HE treat a customer. I'm not pointing at other staffs, I'm only pointing at this Manager SAM. Anyway, I will not come back to this place anymore. IMO, Thanks to this Manager SAM, you lose a loyalty long term customer (I know I'm little but I'm one of those unhappy customers).
